Having doesn't mean anything if you don't know how to use it!
We are a certified Bikram Yoga Studio. Each class is 90 minutes in a hot room. This is a yoga class for everybody and every body!
Come well hydrated, wear light clothing as it's a hot class. Bring water, a towel and a yoga mat. If you don't own a yoga mat, you can hire or purchase one at the studio.
